Collection from the farm is available for all purchases from Monday – Saturday 10am – 3pm.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our
inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

We offer Dubai shipping at a flat rate of AED 8.00. All times and dates given for delivery of the
products are given in good faith but are estimates only. Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
Orders ship on business days only. These are Monday - Saturday.

Write a complete answer to the most frequent questions that your customers might have, such as important product information, shipping policies, payment issues or returns. We do not deliver internationally.

Deliveries for subscriptions will take place in line with the delivery day scheduled by you when
purchasing the subscription.

Our produce is freshly harvested to each individual order. Due to its fresh nature, we are unable to
accept any requests for cancellations or refunds and all sales are considered final.
